What we collect and why
If you use the quote journey or email us, we process the details you provide — contact details, ages, location, cover preferences and, where you choose to tell us, the fact that medical history may be relevant — for one purpose: preparing and discussing your health insurance quote and the cover options available for you. Browsing the site itself requires no account and, in its current build, sets no tracking cookies (see the cookie policy).
Health-related information
Our forms deliberately do not ask for, and should not be sent, detailed medical information. Where health details become necessary for underwriting, they are collected later through a private, consented process, used only for that purpose, and shared only as needed with the insurer(s) you ask us to approach.
Sharing, retention and rights
Your details are shared with insurers only to obtain the quotes or cover you request, and with service providers only as needed to operate this service. You have the rights provided by EU/Spanish data-protection law — access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and complaint to the supervisory authority (the AEPD).
